Stepping With Leaders Inc. empowers communities through education, outreach, and opportunity. We provide resources that support families, strengthen neighborhoods, and open doors to lasting change in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Kansas.

What began as a vision to serve those in need has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that hosts community events, food pantries, leadership programs, and re-entry initiatives. Each year, we serve thousands of individuals and families—helping them take the next step toward stability, growth, and success.

We offer a variety of programs and services to support mental health, including counseling, support groups, and educational workshops.
